  • Purpose and basis of processing

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

  1. providing services by electronic means through:
    -setting up and maintaining an account on the website http / sklep.krofam.pl /,
    -concluding contracts for the sale of products ordered by the user in the online store http / sklep.krofam.pl / with the user of the online store and their execution,

  3. fulfillment of legal obligations, in particular the fulfillment of the obligation to conduct financial reporting (the basis for processing is Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR),

  1. termination of the contract for the provision of electronic services,
  2. limitation of claims under the contract provided electronically,
  3. limitation of claims for sale,
  4. the expiry of the period provided for in the Regulations of the online store to submit and consider a complaint or to replace the goods,
  5. expiry of the obligation to store data resulting from legal provisions, in particular the obligation to store accounting documents regarding the sales contract,

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide it may prevent Krofam Sp. z o.o. services by electronic means and making purchases by the Internet user in the online store http / sklep.krofam.pl /.

  • Automated processing, including profiling

Using the online store portal is related to the processing of the user’s personal data, which should be understood, among others, IP address or other identifiers and information collected via cookies or other similar technologies. The information collected in this way, including personal data, allows, thanks to their automated processing (profiling), to provide the user of the online store with marketing content tailored to the preferences / interests of each user.

LOYALTY PROGRAM

  • Purpose and basis of processing

Your data will be processed for the purpose of:

  1. issuing and administering the Loyalty Card, as well as in order to undertake other activities related to the Customer’s participation in the loyalty program, on the terms set out in the Loyalty Program Regulations (the basis for processing is Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR),
  2. the possible issue of prizes under the loyalty program in the form of loyalty vouchers, on the terms set out in the Loyalty Program Regulations (the basis for processing is Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR),
    fulfillment of legal obligations, in particular the fulfillment of the obligation to conduct financial reporting (the basis for processing is Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR),
  3. determining, investigating or defending claims related to participation in the loyalty program (the basis for processing in this case is Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR – where the legitimate interest of the Administrator should be understood as the possibility of pursuing claims),
  4. testing the satisfaction of a loyalty program participant with its operation (the basis for processing is Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR – where the legitimate interest of the Administrator should be understood as improving the functioning of the loyalty program).

  1. The collected personal data is processed by the Administrator
  2. The administrator may transfer personal data to competent authorities operating on the basis of applicable law, in particular following a request from judicial authorities.
  3. other external entities providing the Administrator with services supporting its functioning in the scope of provided services, including transport companies, IT service providers – such entities process data on the basis of a contract of entrustment and only in accordance with our instructions as the Administrator,
  4. employees / associates authorized to process data.

Your data will be processed until:

  1. termination of participation in the Loyalty Program,
  2. limitation of claims for participation in the Loyalty Program,
  3. expiry of the obligation to store data resulting from legal provisions, in particular the obligation to store accounting documents,
  4. until a legally effective objection to the processing of personal data is lodged, if the basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
  • Do you have to provide us with your personal data?

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to issue and administer the Loyalty Card, as well as to participate in the Loyalty Program.

  • Automated processing, including profiling

By joining the Loyalty Program, the Customer provides information on his interests and preferences related to furniture and interior design. This type of information can also be deduced by the Administrator from the purchase history of each Customer who is also a participant in the Loyalty Program.The information collected in this way, including personal data, allows, thanks to their automated processing (profiling), to present the user of the online store with marketing content tailored to the preferences / interests of each customer.

 

COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

  • Purpose and basis of processing

Your personal data will be processed:

  1. in the case of obtaining your data as part of the complaint process: acceptance, consideration and implementation of your complaint (the basis for processing is Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR),
  2. in the case of obtaining your data as part of the process of return or exchange of purchase: acceptance and implementation of your return or exchange of purchase (the basis for processing is Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR),
  3. for both processes, in order to:
    – fulfillment of legal obligations, in particular the fulfillment of the obligation to conduct financial reporting (the basis for processing is Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR),
    – establishing, protecting or pursuing claims related to the sales contract, which should be understood as the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

 

  • Time of data processing

Your data will be processed:

  1. with regard to the complaint process:
    for a period of up to 1 year after the expiry of the warranty or the warranty period,
  2. in relation to the return or purchase exchange process:
    until the claims under the contract, in connection with which the purchase was returned or replaced, are time-barred,
  3. for both processes:
    until the obligation to store data resulting from legal provisions expires, in particular the obligation to store accounting documents.

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary to accept and consider your complaint or to accept and process a return or exchange of purchase in accordance with the return and complaint policy in force at KROFAM Sp. z o.o.

    correspondence by the Administrator in connection with messages sent by clients, representatives of the Administrator’s contractors and other persons or entities in paper or electronic form,

Your data will be processed until:

completion of the correspondence exchange or until an objection to data processing is raised, recognized by the Administrator as justified. In addition, the data will be processed during the period of limitation of any claims.

  • performance of the contract concluded with KROFAM Sp. z o.o. (in the case of personal data belonging directly to the contractor, the basis for processing is Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR, and in the case of personal data of the contractor’s representatives, art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR, where the Controller’s legitimate interest is the need to ensure the proper

– expiry or termination of the contract between KROFAM Sp. z o.o. and its contractor, and after its completion within the time limits specified by law, including accounting,
– limitation of any claims arising from the contract or activities aimed at concluding the contract.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but without providing it, the performance of the contract concluded with Krofam Sp. z o.o. will not be possible.
